BDF C-in-C receives ‘thanks and appreciation’ committee

Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received at Central Command the “Thanks and appreciation” committee which includes a number of MP’s, religious scholars, activists, journalists and lawyers. During the ceremony the committee presented their thanks and appreciation to Marshal Shaikh Khalifa on his important role in maintaining the security and stability of the country. Following that, both sides exchanged commemorative gifts in appreciation for all the effort exerted by the Bahrain Defense Force.

Marshal Shaikh Khalifa expressed his appreciation for the committee on this noble gesture affirming that the Bahrain Defense Force would continue to serve the country and protect it and its people. He also highlighted that the BDF continued to cooperate with security bodies to achieve this objective. Marshal Shaikh Khalifa said that the BDF proved is capabilities in managing crisis and will always be up to the expectations and trust that it would be able to maintain security and peace.
