Cabinet gave no directives to pay Bapco’s employees on strike

The Cabinet has denied issuing directives to process the salaries of Bapco who failed to report to work and instead participated in the strike.

“The Cabinet has not issued any instructions to process the striking workers’ salaries”, an official spokesman, denying allegations made by Bapco chief executive officer Faisal Al-Mahroos as he was attending a live programme on Bahrain TV.
