As part of Batelco’s continuous effort to cater for customer needs across all segments, Al Dana Club at Batelco has extended its reach to involve the Capital Club, the premium business club in the Kingdom, through the start of a partnership that delivers a first class differentiated experience to mutual customers for the duration of Ramadan.

The aim of this partnership is to create added value and provide a unique experience to customers of both organizations. Customers of both entities will receive premium treatment at the Capital Club and Batelco.

For the partnership duration, both parties have collaborated to provide an unforgettable experience for customers. The Capital Club has been transformed into a traditional, relaxing Majlis area for customers to enjoy a cosy environment, while guests and members will have the chance to win a number of high value prizes throughout the Holy Month, courtesy of Batelco.

As a first step into the partnership, Batelco is extending the privileges of Al Dana Club to Capital Club members through dedicated promotions designed specifically for the partnership period, and by enabling members to apply for Al Dana to enjoy extended privileges. On the other hand, current Al Dana members are able to enjoy the hospitality of the Capital Club just like its members, throughout the duration of Ramadan.

Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi said that Batelco is very pleased to align itself with Bahrain’s premier private business club especially during the Ramadan period.
“Ramadan is a very special time on the Bahraini calendar and we therefore strive to support a varied range of activities that add value for our customers and all residents of Bahrain,” Al Janahi, said.

Capital Club General Manager Shahnaz Pakravan extended appreciation to Batelco’s Al Dana Club for its invaluable support to ensure the success of their first of a kind event, and also for providing its members with the opportunity to experience Al Dana special treatment. In addition, she thanked Batelco for the provision of high value prizes to add a further element of excitement for the Club’s members throughout the month.

The partnership is the beginning of many future joint campaigns that aim at providing added value to the market.
