Moda Mall hosts Gergaoun celebrationsMODA Mall, Bahrain’s ultra-modern shopping destination located at the ground floor of the state-of-the-art Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC), held a spectacular evening for children to mark the mid-Ramadan celebrations of Gergaoun.
The event was hosted at the Mall’s Central Court, with dozens of children dressed in traditional costumes enjoying the varied fun-filled activities featuring face painting, nail art, an Arabic themed arts and crafts session, stilt walker camel, sand art, and several other activities.
MODA Mall is celebrating the Holy month, with the “Celebrate Style” Ramadan campaign. It offers shoppers an opportunity to complement their shopping experience with an exciting range of traditionally themed activities and displays which will run until the end of the month.
During the campaign, shoppers and visitors will have the unique opportunity to win gold as part of an exclusive Grand MODA Mall raffle draw. For every BD50 spent at any of the mall’s boutiques, shoppers will receive one raffle ticket to enter the draw. There will be three prizes with the first prize being 120 grams of gold (30 gold coins), the second 40 grams of gold (10 gold coins) and third 20 grams of gold (5 gold coins). The draw is expected to take place on 26 August 2012.
Further enhancing the Mall experience, exclusive offers on elaborate Iftar buffet spreads featuring local and Arabic treats, live cooking stations and delicious Suhoor delicacies have been a great attraction for shoppers and visitors. Specially catered traditional mouth-watering Ramadan specialities will continue to be available at Abdel Wahab, Maki Restaurant and Awali Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel, Patisserie Valerie, and many others throughout the month.
In addition, shoppers and visitors will have the unique opportunity to support Al Noor Charity Welfare, by leaving donations at a special Charity Box placed at the Central Court of the Mall. The donations will be presented to support the orphans that are sponsored by the organisation.
