Dr. Essam Abdullah Fakhro the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday received the author of first edition of the book on “Bahrain, a revival of racing against time”, which was launched in the commemoration of 39th anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr Esam commended the efforts and initiatives of the author aimed at recording and documenting the evolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the light of the Vision 2030 unveiled by the HM the King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and also praised the idea of the book.
He also lauded the rich content of the book in which the author well documented the overall socio economic development being witnessed by the nation in the past almost four decades with a specific focus on the marvelous developments of the last one decade.
The book focuses on the features of the economic and social development, as the book deals with the policy of economic liberalization and modernization in the prosperous era, especially in the fields of economy, social welfare and urban development in Bahrain, also includes the most outstanding achievements in various economic sectors, and analysis of economic indicators, and articles for a number of officials in the Kingdom.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Abdul Rahim Issa Al Rifai, Essa Kazim Saeed, Khalid Ali Rashid members of the Board of Directors Secretary, Khalid Abdulla Al Murbati Relations Manager and Committees.
