Riffa Views welcomed the board of Bahrain International Golf Course Company (BIGCC). Board members, including Chairman, Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Vice Chairman, Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa Al Khalifa, were greeted upon arrival by Riffa Views Managing Director, Yasser Al Raee. Whilst on the tour of the development, Al Raee highlighted the project’s latest progress including the completion of 600 villas.
He also discussed the projects future plans, the introduction of the new retail complex which will be situated in the Oasis Estate and the preparations for The Volvo Golf Champions Tournament which is set to take place in January 2010.
Impressed with the ongoing progress of the project and the continued efforts of the Riffa Views executive management team to implement the development plan, the Board extended their congratulations to Riffa Views on creating significant progress despite the many obstacles faced by the project.
“It has been a great honor to welcome Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa Al Khalifa and all the BIGCC board members to the project,” said Al Raee.
“We appreciate the time taken by them to visit the development and hear about our latest progress and future plans. At the start of the year and in light of the economic downturn, we re-evaluated our development plan to focus on completing construction and delivering on our promise. As we reported earlier, Riffa Views has managed to handover 400 villas, with 200 more in the pipeline for handing over keys to homeowners.”
