His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa directed HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Crown Prince to immediately initiate the National Dialogue with segments of the society to find an amicable solution to the current situation.
HM the King said that “all powers to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of all gracious citizens from all sections” would be granted to Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to resolve the current situation through dialogue.
The Crown Prince will institute a nationwide dialogue with all parties in the Kingdom of Bahrain without exception. His Majesty King Hamad said: “Following the genuine and honest initiative taken by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and which emanated from the heart of every loyal and sincere Bahraini citizen and which he announced on Bahrain Television in an interview, and based on our trust in young people, we have assigned him to start a dialogue with all parties and sections in our beloved Bahrain and without exception.”We have accorded him all the powers to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of all gracious citizens from all sections. “I urge all my sons, the sons of our beloved Bahrain, to cooperate with him truthfully and sincerely as I am certain that Bahrain will, with God’s will, come out stronger thanks to the determination of its people. “I pray to God to grant success to all people for the sake of this nation.”
In the meanwhile Bahrain News Agency reported that over 100,000 citizens on Friday took to Manama streets after the Friday Prayers at Al Fateh Mosque pledging their allegiance and loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his wise leadership, voicing their love for the leader of the prosperous march and the land of peace and fraternity on which they live.
Bahrainis, from all sects and from different governorates, gathered at the Capital Governorate which was clad in red and white, reflecting love and tolerance prevailing in the kingdom. Participants expressed their full support for HM King Hamad, rejecting all that may pose a threat to the cherished land’s security, stability and national unity. They affirmed that they stand united behind the measures taken by the wise leadership in order to safeguard the security of the nation and the safety of its citizens, reiterating their love for the kingdom which has always been distinguished by the one-family spirit society and the fraternity and tolerance prevailing among its members. The marchers also lauded the landmark achievements, modernisation and openness in all fields attained thanks to HM King Hamad’s Reform Projects which guaranteed freedom for all the citizens.
Capital Governor Shaikh Hmood bin Abdulla Al Khalifa expressed his allegiance and loyalty to HM King Hamad, asserting that Bahrainis have gathered to express their devotion, thanks and gratitude to HM the King whose prosperous era has gained the kingdom globally-acclaimed milestone achievements. “Today’s massive march is strong message of loyalty from noble and loyal citizens to their wise leadership,” thanking all those who took part in the rally.
