Long service award recipients received merit certificates and awards from the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and Director, Abdul Razak Abdulla Hassan Al Qassim, at a ceremony held recently.
In his address, Al Qassim lauded NBB’s performance for the year 2010 and thanked the staff on behalf of the Board of Directors for their role in achieving this success. Al Qassim said that he was proud of their achievements and thanked the recipients for their diligence, dedication and performance during their years of service.
He also added that the Bank’s future strategy would depend primarily on enhancing the focus on customers and their needs. He emphasized the importance of customer care in this highly competitive banking business and urged the staff to make it their top priority at all times.
Al Qassim expressed his appreciation to the staff for all their efforts and their contribution to the progress of the bank.
