Zain Bahrain termed the rumours of sacking Bahrainis as baseless and unfounded.
“We at Zain Bahrain are surprised at the unfounded rumors that Zain Bahrain has terminated a number of its Bahraini employee workforce,” the telecom operator in a statement said.
“These are completely baseless rumors and Zain Bahrain has not retrenched any staff from the Zain Bahrain team.Bahrain is a market that represents potential and innovation capacity-building for us and we remain committed to running the Zain Bahrain operations at full throttle, continuing our technological upgrades, our training investment and our Bahrainization percentage covers more than 91% and our award-winning customer service for the benefit and enjoyment of Zain Bahrain customers,” it added.
