His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a phone call from Spanish King Juan Carlos and discussed strong relations, aspects of cooperation and issues of joint interest. The Spanish Monarch stressed the importance of preserving Bahrain’s security and stability, wishing its people further progress and prosperity.
Spanish Foreign Minister Trinidad Jimenez also hailed the decision to dispatch the Peninsula Shield Joint Forces to protect vital facilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
