The four-day workshop which will commence in June 2011, will be conducted by the prestigious Institute for International Research (IIR) Middle East, a part of Informa plc, the leading international provider of specialist information and services for the academic and scientific, professional and commercial business communities. It will address all elements of real estate development from research and planning all the way through to development and marketing.
The signing ceremony was attended by Tamkeen’s Vice President for Enterprise and Human Capital Development Dr. Ahmed Abdulghani Al Shaikh, Amal Kooheji, Senior Manager Human Capital Development, Suad AlShakrani, Manager Human Capital Development along with the Chairman of the Board of BaPDA Aaref Hejres, and Vice President Dr. Hassan Al Bastaki.
This is the first step in the programme following earlier discussions on ways in which the two organizations can work together to create new opportunities. Tamkeen and BaPDA agreed to conduct workshops and certification courses to improve property development training in Bahrain. Both Tamkeen and BaPDA share a common vision which is to enhance the overall prosperity of Bahrain by investing in Bahraini employability, job creation, and social support.
