A man was injured in an attack with a sharp object in Hamad Town on Thursday night.
The Northern Police director general said the incident took place at Roundabout 19 when two people assailed the victim before escaping.
The victim managed to reach a security checkpoint at Roundabout 20. An ambulance was called and he was rushed to hospital.
