Batelco has signed a Diamond sponsorship agreement with the Chairman of Bahrain International e-Government Forum Majeed Alqassab, to support the Bahrain International e-Government Forum 2011, which will take place from May 16 – 18, at the Gulf Convention Centre.
Through this event the organisers plan to bring together the brightest minds and the latest solutions in the eGovernment arena with a focus on the private sector. Prominent international speakers will share their visions, experiences and future forecasts regarding e-Government technologies and innovations from across the world.
Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi said that Batelco was very pleased to lend its support to the annual e-Government Forum with its noble aim to enhance the lives of residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain, an aim which Batelco’s is fully committed to.
“As our everyday lives become more and more dependent on technology it is crucial for decision makers and experts to get together and share their knowledge at such forums,” he said.
Chairman of Bahrain International e-Government Forum Majeed Alqassab said that they are very grateful to Batelco for supporting the Forum.
