GCC Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani has hailed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa’s Royal decree lifting the State of National Safety from June 1.
“The announcement of the imminent lifting of the State of National Safety is the proof that Bahrain has regained its security and stability”, he said.
He lauded the positive development which came in the aftermath of the deplorable incidents which gripped the Kingdom of Bahrain, sparking panic, fear and anxiety, describing the dangerous acts as flouting national laws and all human and religious values and ethical principles.
Dr. Al-Zayani took pride in HM King Hamad’s wise leadership and statesmanship in managing the crisis, thus enabling Bahrain to overcome hard times, see the light at the end of the tunnel and regain normal life. He has expressed his confidence in the capacity of Bahrain to emerge stronger, led by His Majesty King Hamad and the wise government, hailing loyal citizens for standing united with the leadership.
