Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa hosted at the Foreign Ministry’s General Court a farewell party in honour of the outgoing UK and German Ambassadors to Bahrain Jamie Bowden and Dr. Hubert Lang.
During the party, attended by a number of brotherly and friendly countries Ambassadors to the kingdom, Shaikh Khalid lauded the successful outstanding efforts exerted by the two envoys for the sake of consolidating their countries’ relations with Bahrain at all levels.
Ambassadors Jamie Bowden and Dr. Hubert Lang expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the kingdom’s officials for their constant cooperation with them, which, they asserted have made their missions successful, wishing the kingdom and its people further progress and prosperity.
Shaikh Khalid also presented the two envoys with commemorative mementos wishing them every success in their future assignments.
