Industry and Commerce Minister Dr Hassan Abdulla Fakhro received Bahrain Investment Warf Chairman Ahmed Al-Qattan, who updated him on developments of the Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP), located at Salman Industrial City.
The minister lauded the project strides and the efforts of the company, which succeeded in leasing large areas, demarcated for investors, and a string of leading industrial projects to the region.
He reaffirmed the ministry’s keenness to follow up progress of work on these massive value-adding projects which promote the national economy and contribute to the implementation of the Bahrain 2030 Economic Vision.
“The Bahrain Investment Wharf and BIIP are crucial in meeting the soaring demand industrial zones”, he said, lauding the efforts of the Bahrain Investment Company in promoting the project.
