Dr. Al-Sayyed made this statement as he received in his office today the author/journalist Khalid Abu Ahmed who presented to his a copy of his book: (The Royal Charity Foundation: 10 years devoted to psychological, sociological security in the Kingdom of Bahrain). The book was published by the author to document the great efforts made by the RCF throughout the past decade. Dr. Al-Sayyed praised the sincere efforts exerted by the author in publishing the book and the huge efforts being exerted by the Royal Charity Foundation in the various fields, adding that the book represents an updated documentation of the activities and programs undertaken by the Foundation in the various fields in sponsoring orphans and widows in realization of the visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Foundation’s role.
The Royal Charity Foundation’s secretary-general pointed out to the “huge significance for documentation of history in a world that is now teeming with charity, voluntary work drawing from similar experiences in this field,” adding that the “book constitute a laudable initiative (on the part of the author) as it immortalizes the huge efforts undertaken by the Foundation’s employees in the various departments and also represents an incentive to them for more productivity and persistence on their humanitarian work.”
On the other hand, the author praised the huge laudable efforts being exerted by the Royal Charity Foundation inside the Bahraini community in terms of institutionalized, scientific well-conceived voluntary charity work and recruitment of cadres to serve the orphans and widows which made the Foundation a leader in the field of humanitarian work for which the Kingdom of Bahrain can truly boast at international functions.
