In a statement to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), HRH Premier recalled the late Prince Sultan’s honourable supportive stances towards the Kingdom, which, he said, was widely appreciated by the Bahraini people. “The late Prince Sultan dedicated his life in the service of his people, as well as those of the Arab and Islamic states,” he also said, asserting that the Kingdom’s leadership and people have lost a “dear brother and a wise leader whose life was laden of landmark contributions and innumerable stances in support of Bahrain in all circumstances.”HRH Premier also pointed out that the late Prince had contributed to Saudi Arabia’s progress and development marches and backed cooperation among GCC states. HRH Premier also extended his heartfelt condolences and consolation to Saudi leadership and people, praying Allah Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace.
