His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Chairman of the Economic Development Board issued Resolution NO (3) for the year 2011 reconstituting the Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company.
“The Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company shall be reconstituted to be made up of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, as Chairman; and the members include the Minister of Finance; the Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board; the Minister of Cabinet Affairs; the Minister of Works; the Chief Executive of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company; Dr. Essam Abdullah Fakhro; Dr. Samer Majid Al Jishi and Reza Abdullah Faraj. The duration of their membership in the Board of Directors shall be four years,” Resolution said.
