The agreement was signed by Younis Al Sayed CEO of Takaful International and Mohammed Ebrahim CEO of Bahrain Islamic Bank (BiSB), at the bank main office in the Diplomatic area.
“This agreement was a result of the continued effort of both companies; that aims at providing innovative products and solution to the clients through the BancTakaful system that will enable the bank to promote and provide Takaful products directly to the customers through their 13 branches all over Bahrain. A number of studies were conducted and a plan was established before signing the agreement as BISB employees received a condensed course to introduce them to the insurance market and prepare them to promote and underwrite the Takaful International Islamic insurance product.
“This agreement aims to provide the best innovative products and insurance promotion through our cooperation with BISB. This initiative is only a result of great leadership and a team of qualified experts from both organizations,” Younis J. Al Sayed, CEO of Takaful International, said.
“Signing this memorandum came as a result of our believe in the importance of the BancTakaful, and as a part of the Bank strategic plan in achieving its objectives in staying updated and offering the most innovative banking services and products to its customers of various age groups and grant them peace f mind,” Mohammed Ebrahim, CEO of BiSB, said.
