A sixteen-year old Arab boy drowned on Friday as he was swimming in the dry dock beach, in Muharraq area .
A relative of the deceased is said to be in a stable condition at Salman Medical Complex (SMC).
“A second relative who was also swimming with them is reported missing”, the Coastguard Commander said.
An Asry security guard pulled out the first relative along with the 18-year boy, who was pronounced dead at the company’s medical clinic.
Coastguard patrols and divers have launched an intensive search and rescue mission for the missing relative.
