Bahrain enters into a new era of reforms

Senior Government officials, politicians and religious leaders urged the nation to keep united especially in the light of the BICI report as well as use the recommendations of the Commission to start a new page in the history of reforms.

Information Affairs Authority (IAA) President Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa hailed Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI) Report pledging to ensure fast and full implementation of its recommendations.

IAA has worked for the past period on disclosing the truth to the GCC and international public opinion counteracting a media campaign which tried to distort the truth and sally Bahrain’s reputation. “Bahrain TV has been able to play its national role in revealing the real situation in the kingdom,” he said.
