Bahraini Parliamentarians affirmed that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visit to Egypt comes within the framework of supporting the Egyptian leadership and its people.
It also affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain supports democracy as a strategic choice launched by His Majesty during the start of his reform project.
The parliamentarians indicated that the visit reflects the vision of His Majesty and his strategic vision in this critical stage that the Arab world is going through.
This they said would in turn reinforce coordination between the leadership during this transformational phase that Egypt was experiencing and coordinating the important issues in this current stage towards further consultation.
The parliamentarians stressed that Egypt did not require timing in its visit because of Bahrain-Egypt historic ties.
