Housing Minister Bassim bin Yaqoob Al Hamer hailed today the praise-worthy efforts of the Economic Development Board (EDB) and its Board Chairman His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, in supporting the Housing Ministry’s schemes and tendency to promote partnership with the private sector mainly over the past eight months.
He was speaking as he received EDB Chief Executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa.
They discussed joint cooperation in the housing field to develop projects and upgrade services by availing of pioneering international experiences in this regard.
The Housing Minister hailed the key role of EDB in organizing Bahrain Social Housing Forum last September praising the forum’s positive outcome and expressing keenness to maintain fruitful cooperation between both sides.
