This service pledge is the first step the bank is taking towards providing the customer a menu of service pledges each time the customer visits the branch. A Standard Chartered customer is eligible for the Personal Loan in 60 minutes upon submitting and fulfilling all document requirements. This service guarantee is open to all new-to bank customers and existing customers looking to take up a Personal Loan facility with the Bank.
