After the successful launch of its Ayadi Savings Scheme in 2011, Bahraini retail and commercial banking institution BMI Bank unveiled a refreshed scheme offering customers a bigger prize pool of $1.69 million in 2012. The ‘life-changing’ prize money of $1.69 million offers customers the incredible opportunity to win one of the biggest grand prizes on the island which will be given away during all three Eids including the National Day.

The new, refreshed Ayadi Savings Scheme introduces one of the biggest grand prizes of $500,000 to be awarded during Eid Al Fitr while two grand prizes of $250,000 each have been introduced to be given away during Eid Al Adha and National Day.

Additionally, Ayadi offers more opportunities for customers to win big with two quarterly draws $100,000 each conducted in February and May 2012 while six monthly draws will be organized in 2012 to award the first prize winner of the monthly draw a larger amount of $ 60,000 each month.

“Our Ayadi Savings Scheme has been hugely successful in 2011 where we witnessed tremendous growth in the portfolio thanks to strong support from customers both old and new who continued to invest their savings with us,” Jamal Al-Hazeem, Chief Executive Officer, BMI Bank said.

“We have had great success last year with lots of financial benefits awarded to our customers enabling them to realize their dreams while benefiting from an excellent opportunity to invest in a scheme that is rewarding,” he said.

“The year 2012 will be an equally rewarding year for our customers with an enhanced prize pool and to make the draws even more exciting than before we have increased the prize pool to $1.69 million continuing with our core proposition of offering the biggest grand prizes during the three Eids. We believe in innovation by offering attractive financial benefits to our existing and potential customers to achieve further success and give the best to our customers.”

A wide and valuable range of cash prizes worth $1.69 million are offered as part of the Ayadi Savings scheme to customers to win prizes on a monthly, quarterly basis as well as during the three Eids including the National Day.

To be eligible for the prize money draw, customers can open an Ayadi savings account at all BMI Bank branches in Bahrain with a minimum deposit of BD 50.The Ayadi Savings scheme draws will be held on the first Sunday of every month, officiated by the representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) along with the internal and external auditors and in accordance with banking and chamber of commerce laws.
