First Insurance a Jordanian associate company of one of the largest Takaful groups in the world, Solidarity Group Holding, was assigned financial strength rating of B++ and insurer credit rating of “bbb” by A.M. Best Europe, with stable future outlook.
“We are justifiably proud that First Insurance is the first Islamic insurance company to receive such ratings in Jordan, positioning itself among the oldest insurance companies operating within the Jordanian market in a record breaking period of four years since its establishment,” First Insurance in a statement, said.
“We are delighted to announce that one of our associates and major strategic investment in the MENA region was assigned high ratings for the first time by a reputable rating agency”, said Solidarity Chief Executive, Ashraf Bseisu.
“We are proud of this achievement and view it as a direct consequence of the devotion, dedication and world-class expertise of every member of the Solidarity Group team,” he added.
