HRH the Prime Minister received a number of senior government officials, MPs, religious scholars, intellectuals and journalist and citizens.
HRH the Premier urged the intensification of all constructive efforts aimed at unity and the restoration of national cohesion so that Bahrain shall be restored to its previous state of intimacy and amity, asserting that the preceding period was enough for everybody to realize that continuous plying on the wrong path is no more feasible and that there is no other way than the convergence of all components of the community in unison in order to selflessly promote the best interest of the homeland above all other selfish considerations.
HRH the Premier visualized Bahrain from a distant perspective as it lives in an atmosphere of public liberties and witnesses progress in all walks of life as a result of worthy, creative efforts from everybody and envisioned the routes of such progress as increasingly branching out.
HRH the Premier lauded the people’s cooperation which helps surmount obstacles lest the country languish backwards and anticipates the country’s forward marching and protecting its accomplished feats with participation from all Bahraini hands on board as they constituted the safety valve and safeguarded the country from malicious intentions.
HRH the Premier commended sincere efforts exerted by members of the legislature in expressing the desires and needs of Bahraini citizens and legislating and law enforcement which ensured more freedoms and gains for citizens and boosted monitoring procedures over government bodies, asserting that everybody in both the legislative and executive authorities are working closely together for the sake of a single purpose is to serve the best interest of the nation and citizens.
HRH the Premier praised the role of writers and journalists in expressing citizen’s emotions and voicing the concerns of the homeland through sincere invitations to consolidate our national fabric and encouraging serious, fruitful work for construction and advancement of the motherland.
HRH the Premier also praised Bahraini expertise in various academic, medical, banking disciplines, etc., for their good reputation and lauded the Kingdom of Bahrain’s abundance of qualified, distinctive internationally-recognized professionals.
HRH the Premier also renewed his support to GCC efforts aimed at activation of the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for creation of the Gulf Union, and lauded the inclination which reflects the awareness from GCC leaders that the Gulf’s security is an integral and inseparable whole and that efforts should be unified in supporting security and stability of all GCC countries, and noted all GCC countries inclination towards an economic, political block which consolidates their stance in responding to regional and international exigencies targeting security and stability of the region.
