Dr. Abdul-Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy and Chairman of National Oil & Gas Authority chaired the first DPSA Committee meeting in 2012 which was attended by the representatives of Occidental, Mubadala and Nogaholding companies.
The Committee reviewed the non associated gas distribution matters. The 2012 work program and budget was then reviewed with the 2012 – 2017 Five Year Plan. The meeting was updated on the HSE Management System and the associated gas management. The Committee reviewed the progress Tatweer has made to increase oil production and was delighted with the achievements Tatweer has made during 2011.
Dr. Mirza expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the wise political leadership of the Kingdom; HM King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince for their continued support to the Petroleum industry in the Kingdom.
Dr. Mirza and the Committee thanked the Executive Management and all employees of Tatweer Petroleum for their dedication in achieving the company’s goals for this year.
