Saboteurs blocked Budaiya Road, hurled Molotov Cocktails and stones at the security officers and vandalised private properties, the ministry added via its Twitter account, adding that the policemen are handling the situation legally.
“Budaiya Road has been re-opened to traffic in both directions,” the Interior Ministry in another statement said
It also apologized, in a statement published via its Twitter account, to people in Bahrain for the disruption caused by saboteurs taking part in Al Wefaq rally.
A big fire broke out in a house in Sanabis due to Molotov Cocktails, the ministry added.
