IAA President said that this reflected the deep-rooted and historic ties existing between the two countries in various fields. Shaikh Fawaz was speaking during a meeting with the editor-in-chief of Saudi newspaper Al Hayat Saud Al Rayes in which he reviewed means of reinforcing further media cooperation with the newspaper. For his part Al Rayes lauded the great role played by the IAA in supporting media and journalism towards undertaking its duties and exercising the freedom of expression. He also praised the great and outstanding development witnessed by the local media emphasizing on the importance of the exchange of visits between media personnel and journalists from both countries.
