All Retail Banking employees who had direct contact with customers throughout 2011, had the chance to vie for this honuor, where the key criteria are Excellence in customer service, outstanding business results, reinforcing BBK brand values and superior service quality.
Abdulkarim Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over trophies and a cash prize to the winners in appreciation of their exceptional efforts at a special ceremony that took place on Thursday, 23rd of February at BBK Headquarter in Manama. Ali Yusuf Khadem from Adliya Financial Mall won the “Best Teller 2011”, Fatima Mohamed Al Banna from the Main Branch- “Best Sales Consultant 2011”, Dana Hameed Ebrahim from City Center Branch- “Best Customer Service Representative 2011”, Badria Jaffar Alnahash from the Main Branch- “Best Team Leader for the Sales/ Customer Service 2011” and finally both Mohammed Mahdi Salman from the Main Branch and A. Majeed Haji Hassan won the “Best Team Leader for the Cash Operations 2011”.
In addition to the yearly awards, eighty nine employees were recognized and rewarded throughout the year from different branches for their excellence in customer service based on fulfilling the wining criteria of customer commitment, zest for building relationships, motivation to further develop the business and positive impact and influence on staff and co-workers.
