The President of the Board of Directors of, Dr. Adel Hamad said that the event would be held under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy, at the Regency Intercontinental Hotel from 15 to 16 May 2012 with the participation of local, regional and international high-level of speakers, Chief Executives, Senior Managers, Heads of Departments as well as participation of public and private sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr. Adel Hamad expressed the appreciation of the Board and members of the Bahrain Management Society to His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy, Honorary President of the Society on the continuing patronage of the International Leadership Conference and cherishing his great efforts that have had a profound impact on the success of this annual series of conferences.

“In line with its strategy, Bahrain Management Society has adopted in its various activities and programs ambitious initiatives aimed at consolidating the concept of Leadership Excellence and dissemination and promotion of this culture at various levels in private and government institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain,” he added.
The conference strategic theme is based on three main topics of Leadership, Critical thinking and Innovation. The first topic will review Case studies of Leadership Excellence that enforce regional competitiveness and illustrate highlights of the most enabling behavior model for Leaders to ensure the competitive edge for their organizations and contrasts aspects of Leading from inspirational approach, rather than motivational, to open the horizon for new ideas and initiatives.
