The National Hotels’ Company has resolved to distribute 10% of its capital in cash dividends i.e. BD 1 million to its shareholders.
The company decided to allocate BD 245,000 i.e. 10% of the year’s profits into the legal reserve account, BD 144,000 as board of directors’ remuneration and BD 50,000 into the account for supporting national institutions and charity donations and decided to carry forwards an amount of BD 1,214,000 into the retained profits account.
The company’s general assembly was preceded yesterday with a mini-inauguration ceremony for its new 7-storey complex in consideration of BD 27 million comprising offices for rent and car parking space on 30,000 square meters.
