Tariq Al Hassan Bahrain's Public Security ChiefChief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan on Saturday said that the Operations Headquarters at the Ministry of Interior received a report at 2:30 AM related to the admission of an injured person at Bahrain International Hospital. Ahmed Ismael Abdulsamad, aged 22, was brought to the hospital by four people.
The patient had sustained a severe injury in his right thigh and was then transported to Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) for treatment at 4:36 AM, at which time the Public Prosecution was informed and began investigating the incident. Abdulsamad passed away at 5.
