HM the King welcomed the Japanese businessmen, thanking Japanese Emperor Akihito on the invitation to pay an official visit to Japan.
HM expressed keenness to meet the Emperor of Japan and look into ways of further promoting bilateral relations, stressing that the visit will have a positive impact on further solidifying ties binding both countries, mainly in the economic and trade fields.
HM the King took pride in strong and deep-rooted historical relations between Bahrain and Japan, lauding the key role played by the Japanese community and businessmen in Bahrain.
HM expressed keenness on further bolstering bilateral cooperation in the industrial, economic, educational and communication fields as well as avail of the Japanese expertise in this regard.
HM King Hamad praised high quality of the Japanese industrial products, lauding Japan’s contribution to the development of the GCC countries.
The Japanese businessmen thanked HM the King for his continuous care and support for them and the Japanese community, stressing the government’s efforts to provide all facilities to boost the investment sector.
