The Ministry of Labour investigation aims at detecting the causes of the accident and identifying the perpetrators and violators of the provisions of labour in the private sector.
The director of the Department of Inspections and trade unions, at the Ministry of Labour, Ahmed Jaffar Al Hayki said that the ministry is finalizing the report of the incident which includes its causes, how it occurred, the legal violations and identify the perpetrators, highlighting that the report will then be sent to the Public Prosecution.
The Ministry of Labour called upon contractors, employers, and businessmen to provide a great care before their workers enter in places of limited capacity, or likely to be of less than the percentage of oxygen than normal and taking into account the use of tools and equipment necessary for the health and safety.
