The first victim climbed down the septic tank only to fall to his death after inhaling methane gas.
His colleague fell with him in the septic tank as he rushed to his rescue.
Their third colleague also suffered the same fate as he was trying desperately to save them.
“There are indications that the three workers might have died for failing to use safety oxygen equipment”, Civil Defence Acting Director General said.
