The Chairman pledged to exert extra efforts to improve Bapco’s operations, enhance its contributions in the national economy and continue its outstanding performance for sustainable growth. Almoayyed also thanked HE Minister of Energy and Chairman of National Oil and Gas Authority, Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza for his ongoing support to Bapco. During the meeting, the Board congratulated the Lube Base Oil Production (LBOP) Project team on receiving “MEED Award”. The meeting reviewed a number of key issues related to the status of the outstanding action items, Board HR Committee Report which covered a number of HR issues. In addition the Board discussed the Company’s 2012 year-to-date financial performance and provided guidance and directions to the Management. Upon the conclusion of the meeting, the Chairman thanked Board Members, Bapco Management and employees for their dedicated role in serving the company. Almoayyed hailed the operational achievement of the Company, commending Bapco’s ability to continue its growth and prominent status locally and globally.
