The General Director of Northern Governorate Police Directorate announced the death of a Bahraini boy, 13, as result of accidental suicide.
He said that the operation room received a call at 2:30 PM about a dead body in a house in Malikiya. The security teams that rushed to the scene discovered that the child died when he accidently hanged himself with a wire while playing in one of the rooms of the house.
He said that all legal procedures were taken and medical examination was carried on the child that highlighted his death was as a result of unintentional suicide. The General Director called upon parents to supervise their children and don’t leave them unattended, especially during summer vacation.
