The 4th Annual GCC HR Excellence Awards held in conjunction with the 7th Annual Human Assets Expansion Middle East Summit, was designed to honour and recognise individuals and organisations that have demonstrated excellence in HR function and practices. The awards annually reward organisations and individuals based on their initiatives which have taken place in the previous twelve to eighteen months.
Batelco General Manager HR Bahrain Suhaila Alnowakhda and Batelco Bahrain Manager HR Training & Development Shaikh Bader Al Khalifa were in attendance at the event to collect the award on behalf of Batelco.
“The Best Performance Management Strategy award recognises the company that has demonstrated unparalleled effort in establishing the best strategic plans for managing its talent pool in order to achieve sustained levels of excellence in performance,” said Alnowakhda.
