Public prosecution refers four cases to criminal court

Head of the Public Prosecution of the Central Governorate Ali Al Showaikh said that the Public Prosecution had concluded from the investigation in the case of using a crane in demolishing a section of the Ministry of Interior officer Khamis Abdulrasool’s residence.

He indicated that the public prosecution had referred to the criminal court four suspects in the case two of which are at large.

The case has be set for August 6, 2012 to look into the violation of rioting and demolishing of fixed assets and the use of machinery without the permission of its owner.
