The Forum is the first of its kind in the region, in a time where social networking channels were needed, introducing mechanisms of how to use and benefit from the social media channels in promoting and improving the institutions and commercial projects.
The Forum and its related workshops addressed a number of themes that combined social networking world with commercial companies and institutions. One of those important themes was focusing on how to create an effective presence on the social networks, so it became a strong and an effective tool for the promotion of those companies and institutions.
That effective presence on the social networks would also help the companies to update their marketing strategies to strengthen their capabilities of competitiveness in their field, and build a strong presence on social networks to promote future business.
