Industry and Commerce Minister, Dr. Hassan Fakhro, confirmed leadership and government pride of what have been accomplish by banking sector in the Kingdom which contributed directly in enhancing economic growth and stimulating investment movement.
This came during a meeting with BMI Bank CEO Jamal Al Hazeem, who expressed bank’s readiness to contribute in new expo city project. In this regard Dr. Fakhro expressed government and Ministry appreciation for all banking institutions and its keenness to support the national economy.
Dr. Fakhro commended the efforts made by banking sector in various investments activities. Dr. Fakhro confirmed the need for cooperation between the ministry and investment banks, alluding to the importance of cooperation between the public and the private sectors with regard to economic affairs in the kingdom.
Jamal appreciated leadership and government and the Ministry to support projects and economic plans by banks and financial institutions in the country.
