The European Parliament delegation lauded the great strides made by Bahraini women through the support of His Majesty the King, His Royal Highness the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and their belief in utilizing Bahraini women energies in the best manner. They also praised the initiatives undertaken by the Supreme Council for Women led by the Wife of His Majesty the King Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa and the programmes of the council.
This came during a meeting held between the council’s secretary general Hala Al Ansari and the visiting European Parliament delegation. During the meeting Al Ansari briefed the delegation on the council’s various programmes that come within the framework of His Majesty’s reform project and towards further developing the role of Bahrain women in all fields. The delegation’s visit comes as part of the ongoing cooperation and exchange of expertise with the council.
