Al-Dhahrani welcomed the GCC leaders to the Manama summit, commending the Kingdom’s preparations to host the event in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
He also paid tribute to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud for his call to move from the phase of GCC cooperation to the stage of full-fledged federation.
