Al Hawaj Group Chairman and Managing Director Jawad Al Hawaj told a Press conference that the decision was taken as part of strategy to serve the client base in more efficient way and even for more hours.
Jawad, Al Hawaj was joined by Abdulwahab Al Hawaj, Deputy Managing Director, Mohammed Jawad Al Hawaj and Operations Manager Shaym Narayanan, said the decision was in pursuit of Al Hawaj group’s objective to provide “Excellent Customer service and customer satisfaction at all times” and for the shopping convenience of our valuable customers.
“We have decided to change our timings of our flagship outlet in Salmaniya with effect from February 01st 2013. The new timings will be from 9am – 9pm from Saturday through Thursday. Fridays will be open from 4pm till 9pm,” Jawad Al Hawaj, added.
“The new timings will be for the SAMSUNG outlet at Salmaniy. The decision to alter the timing of the outlet was made based on the feedback received from our valued customers. In order to thank our customers for their continuous valued patronage, we have decided to provide an inaugural offer on the entire product range during the new working hours in the afternoon session (1pm till 4pm) on the first week of February. Any purchases made between 1pm & 4pm during the first week of February (from 1st Feb till 7th Feb 2013) will be entitled to enjoy great discounts, gifts with purchases, special offers and much more,” Abdulwahab Al Hawaj, added.
