The Minister was highlighting the advantages Bahrain as an investment destination as met with PineBridge delegation led by its Middle East CEO Talal Al Zain, and said the Government would continue to support the private sector.
Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro held talks with CEO of PineBridge Investments Middle East Talal Al Zain and CEO of Pine Bridge Investments NY David Jiang and managing Director John Baumann accompanied with Vice Chairman of Corsair Capital Mervyn Davies, Chairman of Pacific Century group Richard Li and Future Fund Board of Guardians of Future Fund Stephen Fitzgerald.
Dr. Fakhro praised the positive steps undertaken by businessmen and investors in the Kingdom of Bahrain that aimed to highlight country’s image as a business and investments incubator, confirming government support for such projects that are in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. In addition to the policy pursued by the government represented by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in providing facilities and support for foreign investment in order to encouraging them to establish various industrial and commercial projects that serve the economy and provide working opportunities.
Talal Al Zain commended Ministry’s efforts in reviving national economy and diverse its sources.
