His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has won the title of Humanitarian Personality of the Year with absolute majority of votes in a recent poll conducted by the Kuwaiti daily newspaper (Al-Sharq) in which tens of thousands took part from the GCC and Arab world.
The participants hailed the role of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in placing the Kingdom of Bahrain amongst economically, scientifically, touristic-ally and democratically advanced countries, highlighting the fact that HM has succeeded in leading his country into a comprehensive revival and development in all areas.
The participants affirmed that HM the King was able to invest in Bahraini citizens and encouraged them to work so as to build and prosper in their motherland. The Kingdom of Bahrain under his reign has changed into an enormous busy bee-hive in which all Bahraini citizens have put in worthwhile efforts and contributed into the development and progress of their country in all walks of life and thus has deservedly won over worldwide admiration and popularity.
Also, the participants praised the role of HM the King in consolidating the pillars of democracy and freedom in the Kingdom and successful tackling of all hostile plots intended to tamper with Bahrain’s independence and security and the freedom of its people. The participants praised the efforts of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in accomplishing international peace and combating terrorism of all sorts, citing HM the King’s leading role in consolidating mutual friendship and cooperation relations amongst the peoples of the world.
The participants also praised the humanitarian gestures of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in terms of humanitarian relief assistance to various countries and contributions in charitable deeds and support to humanitarian organizations in Arab, Islamic countries and all over the world and alleviation of misery from people, helping them live free dignified living and helping the sick and the insolvent thus deserving gratitude and appreciation from peoples all over the world.
On the other hand, Kuwait MPS, officials and academicians expressed so much pride in the great role undertaken by HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in constantly laying down the foundations for security and stability in his country and his efforts in order to ensure prosperity for the entire Arabian Gulf region. Also, the former Kuwaiti Ambassador in Jordan, Sheikh Faisal Al-Humood Al-Malik Al-Sabah praised the efforts of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa which put the Kingdom of Bahrain amongst most advanced countries in all spheres, citing the remarkable prosperity attained in the Kingdom under the reign of HM the King, and wished the Kingdom of Bahrain’s King, Government and people more progress and prosperity.
Kuwaiti MP, Khalid Al-Adwa, praised the courage and wisdom of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his insights, intellect and visions which have contributed in the Kingdom’s development and modernization.
Another Kuwait MP, Mubarak Al-Orff congratulated HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on winning the title of Personality of the Year, highlighting HM the King’s great efforts in consolidating peace, justice, security and stability in the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as in all GCC, Arab and Islamic countries.
Former Minister of Information, Mohammed Al-Sann’ous, remarked that whenever he visited the Kingdom of Bahrain he felt and saw development and progress in all of its facilities, which is sufficient clue that HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has always wanted his country to develop over the time in order to attain highest levels and to realize the goals and ambitions of the Bahraini people. Al-Sann’ous added that therefore King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has deserved the title of Humanitarian Personality of the Year and he congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on this accomplishment.
Kuwaiti Journalists Association (KJA) secretary-general, Faisal Al-Qannai, praised the role of GCC leaders aimed to bring happiness to their peoples, pointing out the HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa is one of the GCC leaders who have always been keen on the renaissance of their countries and accomplishing the aspirations of their peoples. He congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain and he wished the Bahraini people more progress and prosperity.
The KJA chairman, Massad Al-Shammari, praised the remarkable rapid growth he observed in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the reign of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in all walks of life which yielded in blessed fruits as the Kingdom proceeds in firm and sure strides on the march of socio-economic and humanitarian development and growth thanks to the wise leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, he added.
Professor Hayla Al-Mikaimi, Ph.D., of the University of Kuwait, praised the Kingdom of Bahrain’s progress and development under the reign of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, affirming that the wise leadership of HM King Hamad has placed the Kingdom of Bahrain on safe zone despite dangerous challenges. Professor Hayla Al-Mikaimi added that HM King Hamad has achieved for his country a lot of great accomplishments and said that: Bahrain now inscribes brightest images of generous production and giving thanks to the wise leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Kuwaiti business tycoon, Fahd Al-Sharekh expressed his admiration towards the comprehensive economic revival he observed in the Kingdom of Bahrain thanks to the insightful visions of HM King Hamad bin Isa whose winning of the title of Humanitarian Personality of the Year has not come from a vacuum but as a culmination of laudable feats and deeds of HM the King.
