The AGM was presided over by the outgoing Chairman of BAB Abdulkarim Bucheery and attended by the board members and the CEO Robert Ainey who presented the report for 2012 which was also ratified by the general assembly.
The new board members include Abdul Razak A. Hassan Al Qassim, CEO and Director National Bank of Bahrain as Chairman and Adnan Ahmed Yousif, Deputy Chairman Al Baraka Banking Group as Vice Chairman and board members include Adel El-Labban, GCEO and MD Ahli United Bank; Dr. Khaled Kawan, Deputy CEO Arab Banking Corporation; Hassan Jarrar, CEO Standard Chartered Bank; Dr. Farid Al Mulla, CEO Oasis Capital Bank; Khalil Nooruddin Independent and Talal Al Zain Independent.
